FP7 STORM & SHOCK Meeting in Brussels. A joint meeting of the two FP7 projects, STORM and SHOCK, took place in Brussels between March 24-25, 2015.
The meeting was attended by members of the two projects: Simone Landi, Andreea Verdini, Luca Franci, Petr Hellinger, Pierre-louis Sulem, David Burgess, Peter Gingell, Chris Haynes, Giuseppe Consolini, Peter Kovacs, Yasuhito Narita, Navin Dwivedi, Wieslaw Macek, Emiliya Yordanova, Eliza Teodorescu, Gabriel Voitcu, Marius Echim, Hervé Lamy, Yuriy Voitenko.
The main goal of this meeting was to foster a genuine exchange of ideas between the two projects that have coherent objectives and adopt complementary approaches, STORM targets systematic analysis of data bases, SHOCK focuses on numerical simulations. A series of presentations generated lively, long and fruitful discussions between the two teams.
